Thank you for choosing our handcrafted PawImprint service! Each piece is uniquely created for your pet with meticulous care. To ensure transparency, please review our policies below:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
Your happiness is important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your Paw Imprint, please contact us at pawimprint7@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to address any concerns or issues you may have.

Important – Custom Nature:
All paw prints are personalized, handmade artworks. Due to the bespoke materials and labor involved, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Process: Ship the item back to us at your expense. We’ll modify it to match your vision.

2. Order Changes
Need to adjust details (color, frame style, engraving text)? Email pawimprint7@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours, as production may have begun.

3. Order Cancellations
Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your spot in our queue and reserve materials.

Cancellation Before Production:
If canceled before we start your piece, you’ll receive a refund of any payments minus the 20% deposit.

Cancellation After Production Starts:
Once work begins (e.g., mold creation, material cutting, design finalization), all payments become non-refundable. This covers irreversible time, labor, and material costs.
